Here is my current fertility method; I get acupuncture treatment once a week to reduce stress & increase fertility, I use Fermara CD 5 -9, the Ova Cue fertility monitor (oral & vaginal sensors) to predict my fertile window and confirm ovulation and I get A.I.'s on the predicted day before ovulation, to get the sperm where it needs to be before I ovulate! After I get a confirmed ovulation with my Ova Cue then I start to use progesterone suppositories.

Once I get PG my RE plans on helping me carry full term (I have had 4 m/c's) by continuing to use the suppositories and using (shot) the blood thinner, Heparin. Hope this is what you had in mind?

Winthin, this time around ,I would like to get the upperhand and start my family.

My DH and I tried clomid for two cycles without luck. This cycle I'm taking fermera and we are opting to do an IUI instead of timed intercourse. I think every intervention can help. Clomid or fermera were a bit better odds than just timed intercourse and IUI is a bit better than medication alone. I wish someone had all the answers sometimes and could just say "do this and this and you'll get pregnant" for each of us our journey will be different, but any intervention you do will increase your chance of becoming, and staying, pregnant.

I hope you are right because I am trying new things to get new results...I am still excited about the possibility that any method I try ,will make me,closer to becoming a mom.
