i had my 2nd failed IVF in October, and things have been going downhill from there. Other things happening in my family has meant my mum has been with my sister since my treatment and I have felt she has almost forgotton that my life is falling apart at the seams too. But today, i spoke to my husbands cousin who has been in the same boat as us, with 5 failed treatments and has now moved onto adoption and she told me that everything I was feeling, the disapointment, the anger towards my mum, the feeling of being a failure, is all perfectly normal.
She also reassured us that when its time to move on from this, we will know, as we havent been sure about another treatment v adoption.
So I realy just wanted to say, to everyone that the treatment has not yet been successful, all the feelings you are having is what is to be expected. And to keep your chin up, and pray that next time it will be right for you.
