Lately I feel like I have nothing in common with my friends who have babies. My best friend had a baby last August. She just called me to tell me that she's going to have an awful night. I thought something terrible had happened. But this is why her night will be soooooo awful...her baby only took a short nap today so he'll be up all night! Are you kidding me? I'm going to have a sleepness night too because I'm in my 2ww and I'm so scared it didn't work and I'll never be a mom. I just can't believe she has the nerve to call and tell me this. She knows everything I've been through including 3 miscarriages yet she complains to me about her baby not sleeping enough!
The last time I went to see her son (he's my Godson) she was telling me about this baby swim class she signed up for. She's doing it with 2 of her other friends that have babies the same age. I always thought that WE would have babies the same age and could do things with our babies but now I feel totally left out. I honestly don't feel like even talking to her. It's just too painful. Even when I call her on the phone half the time she's talking to her baby. Which is fine, but just another reminder for me of how much we do NOT have in common anymore.
I don't want to lose my friends but sometimes being around them is just so difficult. It seems easiest just to stay away. Anyone else ever feel like this?

Its so nice to feel not alone. I feel like all of you, my younger sister has two children and my friends keep getting pregnant and yes thats fantastic for them but its so hard for me. I keep getting upset and making it worse for myself by feeling im being selfish for doing it. I dont know anyone else with the same problems so its really nice to talk here and realise im not terrible for wanting a baby so much myself. Thankyou. We are soon going to start our first ICSI treatment and i\'m terrified. how do you all cope with the anxiety?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
