I went in for my lest appointment for a while and apparently I had two good size follicles (one on each side which has never happened before) and was able to get my trigger shot. He said everything looks good and he thinks this is my best cycle yet. Now, normally I would be over the moon about this but really I am so emotionally drained that I just don't have it in me to be excited. Sure it will be great if things work out this cycle but really after all the heartbreak I just can't stand to get my hopes up. I am going to keep temping in the morning just because it is habit now, and because I want to know if I actually ovulate this month but I don't know that I am going to track anything else such as symptoms blah, blah, blah. All it does is get me excited just to get my hopes dashed again. So, that is where we are...at least the last cycle wasn't a waste and we do get to try and maybe God will finally give us what we have been praying for, for so long. Or maybe it is time for me to take a break and if so I will probably cry but ultimately I have to know it is for the best. If it doesn't happen this month he is putting me on high doses of hormones for the next 9 months to get my endometriosis under control and then we will try something else.
