I want out of this group so bad, and I dont mean that in a mean way, you all know what I mean.

I am turning to you because you girls are the only people in the world who know how I feel. Who know what this grief really, to know how sick and desperate that I feel.

It just suddenly become too much again. Its too much for me I cant handle all of this.

I just feel like running away from my life. My family friends even my husband.

I want to live in a cabin all alone where it doesnt matter that I cant reproduce where I dont get looks of pity where I dont pity myself where I can just be me and not be " OMG Lindsay cant have babies can you believe it"

Im sick of being that girl. It defines me now and I just can deal right now.

I try to be positive I try to be strong but I just feel used up and weak right now and I just need to connect with one other human being that knows this and while DS is great its not enough right now, I need more.

I feel like the only thing that will ever stop this pain is a baby and I fear I will never have one, its out of my reach.

Im sorry I just need some words of encouragement because I cannot find any myself right now.

sorry you feel so sad... i understand the infertility journey is a hard one to deal with. i know that someway, somehow we will all be mothers .

I'm in your shoes sweetie. I KNOW what you are feeling. IF, and the feelings/emotions that come with it are like a rollercoaster. Ups and downs. The majority of the time, it's always the "downs", that wear you down and tear you apart. My advice to you is, take some time to step back out of the IF box, regroup, refresh yourself and re-charge your faith that you WILL get pregnant. If you need me, I'm here to support you. You are not alone. Take care, my thoughts are with you.

bless your heart...sweetie i know how you feel. all of us do and the only thing i know to be absolutely sure is that this feeling will not last forever. it is easy for us to get into this state of mind and it seems like it is impossble to get out of it but it will pass and you will get thru today, tomorrow and next week until you get your BFP. there is good in life, even though it is clouded by infertility there is still good. look for it and embrace it. even if its just by going out and buying a new shirt or watching a really good reality tv show. just take things one step at a time and one day at a time and it will pass. you are in my prayers-stay strong, good things are still around you and good things will come your way.

Sorry you are feeling this way. I have been there many times. What has helped me is to get some hobbies ie. reading, travel, music, shopping. Just taking your mind off things for a little while can help with the stress of IF. Good luck to you!

We have all been there - in fact I'm not far away at the moment after a failed IUI. It's just so unfair and I feel angry, upset and alone. I often want to run away and leave the world behind for a while, but it wouldn't solve anything! All we can do is give each other support and keep on hoping. We won't feel like this forever. Big hugs and I really hope you feel better soon.

You know that we have all been where you are right now. Unfortunately, it comes with the territory. But, that is why we are all here. We're here to carry each other when we don't have the strength to move forward anymore.

i am sorry that you are feeling this way. i have been in the same boat and i know exactly how you feel. remember we have all been there. the thing that helped me was talking to my dh about how i feel. he has really helped me through everything. talking to my family and friends has also helped. another big help was going to church and talking with everyone here on this board. it will get better you just need to take some time for yourself.

I'm so sorry you are feeling this way. I do understand how you feel. I just told my hubby last night that I don't want to work, don't want to see friends, or even most of our family. I feel completely broken at this point. I know that there are bad days, but I also know there are good days. And I just try to think that one day I will be able to live with this and one day I will be more positive. I don't know if this helps. But I am thinking of you and praying for you. May we all find our strength in this battle!

Hi,

I understand feeling like it's the only thing that defines you, hating seeing pregnant people and going to showers and childrens birthday parties, finding out that your best firend is pregnant. I know how hard it is, and I had a really hard time joining this group. i really didn't want to deal with this right now, but I find everyone so supportive and helpful. Try to hang in there. And one thing that my DH tells me all the time is once you have that baby, whether you had it or adopted it, is that you will put this part of your life behind you and everyone who "pities" you will be happy to meet your son and daughter. I know that it might seem far away and possible, but it will happen.

i am so sorry. i totally know what you are feeling. this is exactly how i have been feeling this week. the bad thing is that it starts to effect every area of our lives. i am to the point where i don't even want to talk to my close friends about it anymore cause like you said i hate the pity and plus they just truly don't understand. all i can say is that you will get through it. i believe that God only gives us what he knows that we can handle. and in everything we go through we learn something. so hang in there and i will be praying for you.

Believe me, no one else understands you better than here--Daily Strength. IF sucks and is so cruel. I wish no one had to feel this way. We all have our good days...and bad days. Hang in there!

i am soooo sorry you are sad- this is the WORST feeling and i have felt this way too. Just think- when you do have your baby (AND YOU WILL!) these feelings will have seemed so small... you can think your way out of the despair feeling- and we are all here to help you crawl out of that helpless (run away to a cabin) feeling... i have always though about moving to the middle of no where in Colorado by myself! You are not alone and please vent when you feel like this- we understand!! xoxox much love and hugs to you- missy
