I am so sorry that this ordeal is still not over for you...it just plain sucks! I wish I could say something to make you feel better...but I hope it helps a little to know that I'll be thinking of you!

Holy crap, this sucks for you. It isn't a sign to give up - just maybe a test of how badly you want this and what you are willing to put up with to get there.

I know exactly how you feel! I am ready to give up too. My hubby and I decided to take a break and my OB said to call as soon as I'm ready for the RE. Maybe take a break. I hope it helps for me. I have talk to some of the other girls and a lot of them have taken breaks and even gotten pregnant. I will keep you in my prayers and I know exactly what you are going through. Hang in there!

Oh Merew - I am sorry. I now it seems like nothing more bad could happen or you might just fall off the deep end but it will get better it has to! I too have lost lots of family members in the past 6 months my grandma, my great aunt and my 3 year old nephew and yes it is terrible and it really sucks but we can't get stuck on the things we can't change. As for your IF I went through a bad spell to of only getting bad new (no I never had an ecptopic) but my "tubes were blocked" or "oh wait not there not" - type of stuff and having to have more tests done than normal. You will get through this and someday it will all be worth it. Still remember at least you can conceive! My prayers are with you and your family!

I'm so sorry that you're going through this. But I don't think you should give up. If you can, look at these 3 months as just part of your journey. You may not be actively doing anything, but it is part of your road to a baby.

So sorry hon. I can't imagine how you're feeling. It will be over soon, try to think of the future - have three months of taking it easy - drink what you want, eat what you want, do what you want etc etc - then back to TTC. It is not a sign at all, just a really s**t time in your life! But it will get better. Take good care, we are all thinking of you xx

I am sorry honey. I know how you feel. You know, relief rarely comes from the outside. What I mean is that I've felt like you (I've lost both my parents very quickly, then had 3 m/c's a year later, then 2 canceled IVF cycles), like nothing can go right. And after I've touched the bottom I've found some inner piece that let me understand ... uf I don't know how to say this nicely but I've felt before like if I don't have a baby now I will burst. Like my life was miserable without it. And after I found my piece I was able to see that I have a wonderful DH, good job, enough money for IVFs, nice place to live, and many other blessings. And that I really am not miserable. And that I can fight this IF battle as long as it takes. And if I don't win one way I will win another way. And that's when things started getting better in the real world too :) but even if they didn't I've felt like I could keep on going.

I will keep you in my prayers and I hope your ordeal ends quickly and without much pain. 3 months without TTC can seem like forever, I know. After my first m/c they found some precancerous cells in my uterus and I had to take Provera for 3 months and not TTC. At first it seemed like forever but after a month it was OK, wait-wise, I was still very scared if the cells will go away.

I don't think anything is a sign that you shouldn't have kids, or ttc or anything like that. But s*** happens, without you deserving it, it just happens. And you have to find a way to deal with it without hurting your poor soul and heart so much. So hug yourself, pamper yourself, do something that makes you relaxed and go with the flow. I am very hopeful good things are just around the corner for you and you'll get pg this year, and have a healthy baby out of it. You're a wonderful, positive person and you will get through this. Know that many people here think of you and pray for you.

You know I am at a lost of words because I truly truly am sorry that you are facing so many obstacles. But, I think that all this is a test from God. You can't give up, because then you have let this beat you. I know IVF is a time consuming matter and also a financial burden. But when you get that baby in your arms and close to your heart you'll thank God for all those obstacles because you will appreciate every moment. I will be praying for you and I hope that your injection will not be painful. But please believe that it will happen. Have faith and take time to relax.
