Infertility Support Group
In vitro fertilization is one of the most common and utilized ways of treating conception problems. This support group is dedicated to those beginning their journey with IVF and needing support. Join the community and share your experiences, advice, and story with people going through similar challenges starting a family.
Why don't you check into university hospitals to see if they have an infertility department? They run usually cheaper. Also, what state do you live in? NY State has a program for 2 free IVF's.
Also...perhaps some over women would know, but I think there's infertility insurance. I'd google the web but I'll ask on the forum.
Personally, I think I'm skipping the IUI and going right to IVF. That's what a lot of people told me to do. They were sorry to waste the time and $$$ on IUI. I personally only wanted to do one round just to see how my ovaries responded and then go to IVF.
But hang in there. To continue on is a personal decision.
And, mstarling2, there is a list of abbreviations in journal in like january or february.
