I hope you find compassionate doctors and nurses who are going to look after you and help you cross this hard passage.
You need to rest and let go of your worries at the moment.
When you leave the hospital, you will feel stronger.
On his last attempt, my husband had taken more than 200 pills of heavy treatment.it did not leave any long damage.

Thank you both. I do have some things I can do to work on the insurance problem, but I don't have much hope of them working.

Remember that life can change. This attempt will be a faded memory and you will have empathy that those who "can never imagine" will never have. I read recently that 93% of people who attempt suicide go on to live their full life span. Take hold of every opportunity to get better, even if you doubt it will help. I'll be thinking of you!

I am going to do everything I can do to resolve the situation that is making me feel so helpless, but I'm very pessimistic.

I have my tablet charged now so I can be here more, unless they have something for me to do. They will not let me out of bed unless a nurse is with me.

Thank all of you for your support. I am feeling better emotionally, but now I'm worried how much damage I did. This hospital has a lot better diagnostics than the hospital I normally go to. The social worker here gave me a list of resources. My logical part seems to have taken control back from the suicidal part.

Good to hear you feel better if even a little.

its always a downer to end up in hospital, but its also a good place to turn yourself around. enjoy and relax, its part of being so overwhelmed with everything. I am sorry you are in tough spot right now. let them know that your feeling insecure about being let out and wanting to still end it. sometimes we need more help than we think. I wish you a good recovery. hang in there though and give yourself a hug for area thing out. give yourself many hugs knowing we know your a good person. give yourself the acceptance to get help. what we feel when we become suicidal is only temporary feelings at times. we dont need to act right away, but get those feelings out, even though it may seem like rubble to someone else at least you can get it out. we're here for you!!

Thank you. I'm trying to get into a rehab after I get out of the hospital. Yesterday was a bad day, but today is better so far. I had the first part of a nuclear stress test yesterday and I have the second part today.
