I keep having reoccurring nightmares of what happened to me and it's in such vivid details that I physically hurt when I wake up. It's like I feel my brother inside of me again and again and I feel more and more helpless each time it happens. And now a recent ex was making out with me and he put his hand on my boobs under my shirt. I panicked and pushed his hand away. He compiled and we continued and then he pushed me against the wall making me panic just a bit. So I started to push him off, but he just pushed himself on me harder. So then my anxiety kicked him and I tried to push him off. Anyway idk, am I just going to get stuck with this kind of relationships for the rest of my life?

I can tell you from my own experience that I had more borderline-abusive relationships when I was young, but after years of therapy I got to a different place with my relationships and broke the pattern. I haven't completely healed my hangups resulting from early abuse, but I have married a man who is very respectful and non-abusive.
Are you in therapy?
My wife and I both have sexual issues from our past.. when we started even any type of a touch, she triggered me and I triggered her... but we stopped. The other ones safety is much more important than anything sexual. Some night we just go to sleep, some nights we hold hands... it's how ever you feel that night.. I have cried myself to sleep in her arms.. we are both safe with the other one..
Your safety is the most important thing.. and if he can't honor that, I don't care how much he says he loves you... protecting someone is love, not forcing them to do what you want them...
