Today is a day of horrors, After all the years of treatment and medication. I cry and cant stop. I scream and cant hear myself scream. Today I feel my perps hands and want to scrub till they are there no more. Today is not a good day. I need relief and peace. I am pushing my husband and children away, because this is what I do when i have days like this. I find myself daydreamin of the day that this pain will be no more. Today is not a good day and I pray that the lord helps me make it through today so that tommorrow can be a better one.

Be gentle with yourself. I think if you can submit or allow the tears to flow it might be the best way. I know that is easier to do when you are a parent. I would often sneak into the shower or even just explain to my son why I was so sad. Kids are remarkably understanding sometimes and need to see it's normal for humans to cry sometimes.
It's also important to find support. I think this is a great place for that.
