Raising testosterone with herbs is expensive and requires research and a dedication to a schedule. I have been sucessful in treating my ED with herbs for about 8 years now. I take pycnogenol, perferm for him, super miraforte(LEF), and arginine plus, 5 days a week. I also supplement 6000iu of vit d. On the day we are to have sex I take a fast acting "as needed" formulation such as Maxidus. I test drove a new formulation last night called Catalyst, which performed very well. I tried Viagra early on which was inconsistent and did not like the side effects.
