Been hypo for a couple of years. Due to to other issues I went to a new doc. I told him about palpations and he changed me from 75 levo and 5 twice a day of t3 to 50 levo and 37.5 t3 once a day as a timed release.
I haven't felt good since being hypo but now I feel worse. I called new Dr told him I felt worse and he changed me to 67.5 t3 timed release.
From what I've been reading it seems like 67.5 is High, are many others out there on that high a dose?
What is the time period where I might be feeling a difference?
Even the last endo dr said she thinks my body needs to be at almost hyper to feel better.
At least now I don't have palpations

Most people take a higher dose of levo compared to T3.
Truly, your doctor should be adjusting your meds based upon your symptoms AND your FreeT4, FreeT3 levels.
Do you have some recent labs to share (including ranges since they vary from lab to lab)?
They will surely provide a clue as to what you need to feel well.
