Your warts should go away but it does take time. For some they go away in the first few months and for others it can take a couple years, it's just how your body deals with them. For me my warts went away right away. I don't know how long I had them but I was initially diagnosed in Sept 2011 and they were gone by Oct 2011. I haven't had them since.
Don't dread that these will stay forever because they won't. I just believe that if you have a positive mindset and not stress about them to much, than they will go away on their own. Best wishes!
