I wonder why it helps? I've never been tanning in my life but I'd be willing to give it a try if it really works. Keep up posted :)
I'm so glad you've found something that helps her. I know you have been fighting this for, it seems like, forever. Best of luck keeping the baddies at bay hon!
And I know I have to be real careful with them as I don't exactly tan..more like burn..lol...
I have never been a "sun worshiper" (unlike others in my family) and have always tended to either use sunscreen with the highest spf I could find or stayed in the shade as much as possible. And never been a fan of the heat and humidity we get here in the South.
I made the mistake once of sitting out in the sun with a cousin, and fell asleep on my stomach...Let's just say...BIG OUCHIE!
Didn't find out til later that I REALLY should have gone to a hospital, but my mom was never a person big on hospitals unless you were dying/bleeding profusely. Thankfully she had a huge aloe vera plant and kept the stuff from that slathered on my back. It helped some, but man was it torture.
Also..didn't know you was a neighbor cindylou! Howdys! :D
I'm glad to hear the tanning seems to be helping.
Someone wrote to just do it the old fashion way, sit out in the sun.
I have a king-sized picture of me doing just that with my legs spread wide, exposing my nether regions!!! Lol!! Sorry but I had to laugh with that vision in mind. I do remember years ago dermatologist treating me for acne with a light and that really helped..so I'm thinking about investing in a Dermatologist grade "blue light" when I can afford it, or maybe just a sun lamp, something I can use in the privacy of my own home as I don't want to scare anyone in public..lol.
Humor helps!
Love all Y'all!

I'm sorry but like you I had to LOL at the idea of me laying out in the sun in all my "glory"..ROFLMAO...(I know folks are looking at me right now wondering what was so damn funny..but I couldn't help it..lol)
Not to mention I don't think my neighbors would enjoy the sight too much XD but it might stop the nosey one behind us from always peeking over the fence all the time! ROFL
