I was visiting with a relatively new friend a few years back. She has a couple of cats that she is absolutely crazy about. While trying to pet one of the cats it tried to scratch me. I pulled back rather quickly but she still managed to tag me. My "friend" turns to me and comments, (ok ready for this?) "you better not give my cat hep c!". Needless to say I had to hold back the tears. Now when I think of it I just have to hold back the laughter.

Oh boy.......
I've had people refuse to eat/drink after me...
Folks who used to ask me to watch their kids- no more (which, IS kind of nice- LOL!)
Consider the person who made the uneducated, ignorant comment...It's funny how a disease can weed out the true friends and the fakes...
