I had a question on supplements I should take or avoid, i just bought some Milk thistle and currently take Vitamin D with calcium, fish oil, Vitamin E, Potassium, C, Chromium Picolinate, and I think that is all of them, any red flags there, or some I should consider adding? I have a doctor that does not know these things so I am waiting to get refereed to a specialist, I figure I better get a jump on things!

Sounds good! Iron feeds HCV so stay away from iron supplements.

I keep up on high doses of antioxidants that help suppress inflammation. Grape seed extract and Blueberry extract are good sources. Might help slow down liver fibrosis.

and coffee! Drink your coffee! reg or decaf, 4 cups (2 mugs) a day. Recent studies show it helps people's livers both on and off treatment.

Wow coffee really?! I thought that was a no-no, I am more of a green tea drinker but I can do coffee too! Thanks for the link I am headed there now for more Liver info "cramming"!
