Also, I didn't drink enough water Saturday and my mouth started to get sore...
Don't want those mouth sores again, so I am drinking water heaviy again today.
I am serious, my ankles and wrists feel like they are broken.
I can deal with it as I have this interior "good" feeling that I have not had in so many years, I don't even dare to dream that it is working so fast..
