And if your house ever burns down you might understand that.
All I know is you can't get rid of them ( or some form of them) totally unless everybody is willing to cover for everybody else.
i mean if your ok with paying for somebody that gets drunk, runs his car into a group of people and causes a million dollars of damage.........we are going to need something.
