My name is Scared Rabbit
aka Brave rabbit (I ain't so scared any more)
I am a type 1a
I started treatment April 9th, 2008 so am 3/4's of the way through 48 weeks of tx. I 180 of intrerferon and 1400 of the ribavaran. It is working for me.
My viral load at baseline was just shy of 4 million. After 4 weeks of treatment it dropped down to under 500
then week 8 showed less than 15 and luckily at week 12 I got the "undie" status.
I am very thankful for this treatment. I hope now that I have killed the dragon for good and will reach and maintain the SVR status forever(sustained viral responder)
I wish you all better health and much happiness,
Your friend
