Last week in the Dr's Office one of the women who works there noticed I had my own water container. She said good for you having your water then she said you should put a note on it that says THIS IS GOOD WATER- THIS WATER IS HELPING MAKE ME HEALTHY! I put note on that day. We all need as much positive energy we can get, even if we give it to ourselves.
I also put a note on my riba pack!

i keep notes on the google calender bill. that sumbitch will send you an e-mail to remind you of appointments n such. pretty nice..

Hey, add that suggestion to Scumm's thread. A post-it note on the bathroom mirror that says, "TAKE YOUR RIBA, SCUMM!!!'

i bet she's read "the true power of water" by masaru emoto a researcher who photographes water chrystals that have been subjected to various words and/or photographes.

emoto says water has memory.

Thanks for that I needed it I hate to drink probably some of my reason for having to treat again body probably did not flush out good , I have been doing water wih cut up apple slices,pears in the bottle it has helped can anyone tell me if that Vitamin water is allowed I have been trying that also.
