Hepatitis C Support Group
Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
Yes this is a tough time for college grads and a great reason to get advanced education. Hopefully the GOP will legislate to keep student loans affordable unlike in recent history. Talk about the dumbing down of America. We can barely compete. Soon we will be sending our high school grads overseas too just to afford a University education.
Jobs I've got one and count my blessings that I went to college, worked hard snd chose a field that offers me much including security. There are many jobs to be made here and infrastructure is one of them. We could employ millions and it needs to be done. Energy is the untapped field still. We need innovation and we need leadership and action. Let's see what the Republicans can do. They've arakked government for years now. They can't any longer. Mof if they want to survive and we both know that's what they want more than anything.
Anyway, no I'm not running for Congress. Done too many questionable things -- and loved them too! ;-)
Whatever is on tap I guess. Drink up.
You have definitely "settled" for what you could get, and now you spend a lot of time justifying a horrible president. I dont get it....
Remember when bad meant bad?
People will vote in Hillary because it's "progressive" to have
a first woman president....Not because it's an intelligent decision.
Same with Obama.
Settled? Whatchoo talkin' 'bout Willis? Hell I want much, much more. I'm expecting lots of good legislation to come out of the next congressional term. It better or I'll be bitching all about it. I want stuff day 1! Good stuff.
If we didn't hear republican or democrat perhaps we could hone in on the policies?
There must be a better way!
Trissa who knows. I wish we could truly get a third party to mix it up. I think it would help.
I dont vote party, unless someone throws a Perot.
First Woman President? Women can make excellent executives.
Ernie...please stop trotting out your version of the news....
who here watches fox news??? :) Or is your choice of media
"The One True Media"... do you believe this? Stop watching fox!!
Like, oh,
my source of propaganda is better than your source of propaganda
To all those silent...I salute you
My favorite proverb to which I could never personally ascend :
"Even a fool is thought wise when he holds his tongue."
I only watch FOX to hear what the other side is saying. I don't watch MSNBC. They are guilty of the same propagandizing but I do peruse their website, which is better than the TV. There is no one true media source but I do tend to go to sources much less slanted than the televised FOX or MSNBC news networks it is true. Thanks for noticing. Many here watch FOX I assure you. I know some. They have millions of Kool (aid) viewers. Easy target but I believe they do damage to our society. People believe what is touted as factual that just ain't so. Jon Stewart exposed much of this as confirmed by Polirico. A non partisan political journalism organization that has been accused of being Left and Right. Could easily find this in sources.
So yeah. It's true. I often hear conservative arguments that I hear on FOX so so much for critical thinking from the right.
Third party now! All for it. How do they get in?
Agree on cheap labor border comment.
Elections get me charged and I do love politics. The game for certain and the struggle. I love when good policies are written though, especially with bilateral weigh in. Many good policies have come from significant concessions being made on both sides. Truly hoping for a productive congress next term. The stage is set . . . well, unless that unforeseen meteor strikes. Well then I hope the subsequent life that springs up will do a better job than that last bunch of humans.
Peace 'n sh!t
I tried to navigate and obtain coverage through the ACA (Obamacare) site over the past few days. All that glitters is not gold. It's proven to be a frustrating experience- a dysfunctional, Kafkaesque clusterfuck of epic proportions. It lists plans accepted by my doctors which my doctors don't actually accept. My pcp has a list of ACA providers on his website that are not even listed on the government site. I tried calling the number for the marketplace four times, each time getting lost in phone-menu-hell unable to reach a human. After seemingly forever I did actually speak to one. I'll spare you the tedious details but things are still not resolved and depending on how quickly they're able to process it I may not have coverage till Jan. 1.
I'm the biggest proponent of universal healthcare but this is fucking crazy. If I opt for a plan that will allow me to continue seeing my pcp whom I love and have been seeing for close to twenty years, the plan won't cover my hepatologist. My hepatologist bills my insurance close to 2K for my annual check up, and he accepts around $500 from them based on contract rates. As an individual, I would not be privileged to pay the reduced rates and would have to pay the full amount. That's a lot of cash factoring in my monthly premiums, etc. The system is so broken. My birthday wish for you is that you are never find yourself in a position where you'd actually need to use it.
Peace...xo
