I just bought stuff that would be a quick 20 grams in a small package. If I could eat it in a minute or two, it wasn't so bad. Van's Frozen Waffles drenched with butter and maple syrup, and two microwave sausages, did the trick for breakfast.

Sopain, I concur with those who suggested Ensure. It is important to keep you're nutrient count normal. Perhaps sipping them will work out better than trying to drink all @ once
