forget where i put things , have found flour and eggs in freezer and now my daughter has went and got me post it notes ! im wondering why this is starting at the end of my treatment ?? i can walk in pne room and forget where im going , now i know why i was told i couldnt drive while on treatment ! any other ideas to help beside posting notes all thr the house ?? thanks , hugs and prayers !

I put a box of cereal in the fridge the other day,, I cant wait to see what happens when I start treatment.

It happens to me all the time..from one room to another,,I have one of my friends drive me if I have to go anywhere long distance,,My neighbors call it the sometimers...Thank god our bladder tells us when we have to pee otherwise I would forget to go...lol

the supplement of fish oils will help with that. I couldn't remember anything, then I was taking fish oil supplements and my memory has gotten better, but still have problems with the memory loss from time to time, just forgetting my key's or little stuff like that that annoys you, but it is a side effect of the tx I am taking, so I don't worry about it. I just keep going one day at a time.

I have developed coping mechanisms, such as only doing one thing at a time, writing notes etc. My husband doesn't want me to drive anymore.......luckily I only drive 7 miles to work. Can't concentrate, but if I laugh about it, it gets better!

Hey Lauretta,
When I lived in Florida, I always kept my cereal in the fridge! It keeps the racoon sized cockroaches from chowin down!
And...and... Damn! I forgot what I was talkin about! I'm just thankful I'm still drawin a breath!
