I did 1 acupunture session years ago, would love to do it again. So glad it helped you!!!
Okay, not only did your doc tell you to sit on a ball, but A TENNIS BALL?!?! Weird.
Please tell me you're kidding............a TENNIS BALL.
Is your doc on drugs?????????
Does he need to be on drugs??????????
absolute! Whatever works, heck yeah! But really...
A TENNIS BALL????!!!!! Did he/she finish at the bottom
of their class in Med school or what??!! Sheesh!
I dunno, but.... I think I would have busted out
laughing when your doctor told you that, if I had been
in your place. Moronic. Tennis ball...butt..tennis ball...butt,
hmmm does not compute.
Glad the pin-cushion experience helped you!!

I just went to a training session on Parkinsons Disease, and they mentioned that they are experimenting with Levadopa for jerky legs. Didn't say leg pain or restless leg syndrome..... Just jerky legs.
I also know they recommend strapping a tennis ball to the back while sleeping, so people who have sleep apnea will stay positioned on their sides.
They use tennis balls on the bottoms of rolling walkers so they push more smoothly........
Who knew?
Attach it to some string, hang from the ceiling, and when you touch the tennis ball, you have pulled in far enough.
Tennis, anyone?
I don't know about rolling one on your ass but try rolling a tennis ball under your bare foot- it is just short of exotic.
I wonder if rolling a tennis ball under your feet could make you go blind?
when i mentioned it to my doc he said maybe it's just arthritis?
a tennis ball! what a nutter!
too bad we all couldn't find doctors who went through treatment. THEN we'd get some attention!
Maggie achiness is very common with tx. Don't forget massage people - helps move that stress out of your body.
i cant believe ur doc didnt know y ur legs hurt. tx can cause a lotta pain in the legs. it can also cause insomnia. when i was on tx i learnt quickly to take my riba just before i went to bed cos if i took and stayed up i wouldnt sleep all night.
