Happy New Year to ya all!

Did you make a New Years resolution? I can't decide if I should even make one...never mind on what it could be(lol)

I often made that loose weight one or get in shape one or keep the house cleaner one but now I am thinking of not yelling as much or being a beter listener. This treatment has changed me...

how about having more fun in life...
how about spending more quality time with those we love...hmmmm

What's it going to be???
Tell me yours so maybe I can consider it too!!!

Boy oh boy, the list is so long...quit cussing, quit smoking, go to Church more, find another side job, exercise more, quit getting pissed off at my husband because he is "allowed" to drink and does every damn weekend, be a better listener, stop sweating the small stuff, stop biting my nails, spend more time with my Mother, eat healthy foods only, quit obsessing about not being able to have a damn alcoholic beverage!!!! I doubt that I will chose anyone, as I know I won't keep to my pledge. This list could go on and on.......but I'll stop here. Cathie

No resolutions for me. I'm just going to continue doing what I've been doing--taking things a day at a time, staying positive, and being grateful for what I have. Happy New Year!

I did not make one this year. Well maybe I have,, To make it thur this TX and enjoy the smaller things in life I missed out of while I was always on the move.Staying positive and try to understand that it is the TX that is making me a different person...HAPPY NEW YEARS

i need to get up off my butt and start taking walks again. i stopped when the weather got cold, so now i don't do anything, by the way it's 10 out here.

so my resolution is to get dressed and get out for a 30 minute walk a day, rain or shine hot or cold for better or for worse.

Since I started treatment I developed a bad "potty mouth". For some reason I have fond it very easy to use the "f" word and I don't like that at all! So...my NY resolution is to STOP IT!

Resolution....

Unlike the previous years, this year I am going to talk myself into continuing being as positive in life, continue to be grateful for my beautiful sain life, my beautiful family, and friends, and with the help of God, I am hoping to be sucessful at quitting smoking.

But that's between the Good Lord and myself.

Since the invasion, I feel that I could accomplish anything, with the help of God.

well, so much for getting a walk in today, but i did get dressed and use the snow blower to do the driveway. at least that did involve some walking right.

I think I am going to have to use a whole wack of them!

Mostly though I want to try and help others more. I think being so sick this past year has taught me to appreciate the help of others! So once I am healthy again I want to do what I can for people who are less fortunate than I! And you know nothing makes you feel better than helping someone!!!So..it's a win win situation!

Personally I don't believe in "resolutions".
i always have personal goals...just take it one day at a time..i don't need the stress, especially being the perfectionist that I am .
