Lemon, honey, cucumber are all good in the water! I like to flavor mine up with lemon or cucumber-
I found on days I couldn't drink much, that eating fruit with high water content helped....also drinking juice mixed half or more with water. Sometimes I would drink diluted powerade.
Honey is great to add to your water! Drink up!
Honey is fine, except it adds sugar and calories, and you're already getting plenty of those if you're on Incivek. As long as you drink the water... :-)
Thanks guys.
@bivalve, I'm not on incivek, so I don't think I should worry about sugar.
I was always concerned that I was drinking too much, as my urine would be almost clear by the end of the day, but doc said I had to keep drinking! (Found that gatorade only made me thirstier)
IMO...add something to the water, it's still water!!!
Drink whatever you can. The water helps hydrate, help your i sides and assists in the riba passing in clear urine and not golden or a lightbrown color.
