According to what I've read, I should drink about 60 oz (1.8 Liter!!)
I think this is very low, isn't it?
1/2 of your weight in oz of water, isn't this true?

Another question, sometimes I can't drink water, so I add some honey to it. Is this ok, or it must be ONLY water?

LOL! Bago! I spend alot of time in the bathroom as well! I have found that the 1/2 your body weight isn't enough for me. I was told 60 ounces and had dry eyes and mouth. I'm up to 96 ounces and the dry eye is gone. So I guess you need to see what your body wants to keep it hydrated. Gota dry mouth? They say if you do, then you're already dehydrated.
My nurse just told me that it is the Riba that drys you out and after finishing the Incevk, I still needed to drink the massive amount of water.
Need me? I'll be in the bathroom too.....

It's hard to keep up sometimes or daily at least. I love to hydrate but this is super hydration and a long, long time. Having to use the bathroom all of the time can be frustrating. But we must. . .

I have this problem too, I would wake up to go to the bathroom, so I decided to stop drinking after 6 pm.

But.... Today is the exception.. It's my shot day and I must DRINK MORE WATER and take 2 tylenol for the headache.

Yup- all the hydrating makes me get up at least 3 times a night! I go right back to sleep though, thankfully!!!
