So Elvis, maybe chocolate won't bother you. We're all different. I have always had a 'lead belly'.
The thing that did bother me and still does a little is drinking effervescent stuff like seltzer or ginerale. It burned my mouth.
I didn't get oily hair either, but notice it's thinning alot now (27th wk).
As someone who does hair, I would advise you to use a good shampoo for oily hair and wash very, very gently on a daily basis. You might also try using your conditioner first, then the shampoo. It will still condition your hair, but with a lot less oil left in it.
For your face wash with a mild facial wash and use a oil free toner afterward followed by an oil free moisturizer.
As far as your washing machine( hee hee I love that) I also got sick when I drank milk with the riba, so it may be the milk, it was also first thing in the morning, which was never a good time for me stomach-wise during treatment. I quit drinking milk and take a cacium supplement with Vit. D3 and I eat a lot of yogurt and low fat cheese.
Best, Best, best of luck to you. I hope you finish up treatment and stay undie!! *hugs*
