It's like giving birth...eventually you forget the whole painful ordeal....I'm not there yet.... lol!

It's not just the treatment and side effects I forget, it's the whole 6 months. I wish I had written more in my journal. If you do write in the journal here at DS you should copy it to your computer or print it. Weird things can happen here.

it got to the point to where i couldnt even write in my journal Jess, some things i can remember from 2 prior to this tx, but most of it is like i lost 2 yrs

Hey Jester, I do know what you mean! I was talking to my kid on christmas and said the same thing! I rember feeling like crap, and not remembering! I don' remember a lot of specifics about day to day life though. I remember all the folks here but not a lot of specifics there either. This is very strange. Thought mabey it was just me!

I remember hardly anything about my first treatment. Cannot even tell you what year it was. I still remember the treatment this year, but not with great clarity. Actually, not with ANY clarity.

Uhhhmmm..."no"..I wish I had that privilege but I can say "It was a bitch and I'll never forget"
Maybe if I'd cleared and moved on then I could forget but that didn't happen. Not looking for sympathy, just saying it the way it is/was.

Maybe its like pain and you forget alot of horrible things after there done. Maybe a good thing. Love the new song amnesia........

yes, i agree with optin, some may block out the madness.. I'm dealing with "sometimers"...simply early onset memory loss, w/o starting tx ... I'm in for it, oh boy... *sigh

I hope to forget 99.1% of it.

I kept a journal thinking that my doctor might actually be interested in the sx etc of triple therapy since, she's only had me & one other patient.
I talked to her weeks & weeks ago about a few things, but the daily stuff, the things that go on that they never mentioned & are clueless about...not interested. And I put in alot of helpful things I learned on DS that could be passed on to the next victim she administers tx to. I shouldn't be bitching I guess. At least it's working & I'm almost through it.

#11 That scenario just writes itself no? Even our doctors aren't quite interested in that. NOBODY IS!!! Lol Except us and only partially right? Some of us not at all. I guess it's victim specific.

Jester at least you remember that you enjoyed triple tx. If try to hold onto that memory. Just don't tell that to newbies.
