Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
I was wondering why no one on the site had talked about completing 48 weeks on the triple treatment. Then I remembered that this treatment hasn't been approved by the FDA long enough for anyone to have completed 48 weeks. Everyone on this new treatment needs to be commended for being a pioneer of sorts. Trust me, I wouldn't be on this new treatment if I had any options. So thanks to all who have gone before me and come to this site to share your experiences. Nancy

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? While I was doing my Trial, time seemed to crawl, particularly the last couple wks. But looking back, seems like a dream (I did sleep a lot:>o) I'm hoping both our dreams come true!!!!
Or that moment when you are in a presidential debate and your mind goes blank in front of millions of people. That might even be considered a DOUBLE DUH moment.
