Did the Doctor ever put you on treatment?

not really ... docs thus far said that my lft was normal because it was ... ALT AST were never realy so high .. they said that till the time the liver is functioning normal they dont want to put me on treeatment citing different reasons ... will get the viral load test dont and get it checked by the doc again

Did they tell you the different reason? Is the Doctor specialized in Hep-B/Liver/Cancer in your area. I would think if your lab work come back showing your positive for Hep B they would monitor it really closely and do the steps to making sure it won't be active. I recall my doctor monitor me like a hawk back in the days when they first discover I had the disease. It was a monthly blood lab work I have to do until they got it under control. Since my Hep B is not active now, nor in my blood systems. I was told I still have Hep B in my liver which isn't doing anything. But they monitor me every 3 months now with blood work.

I am positive for Hep B. It is now under control, which mean it's not active for a while now and not destroying my liver. But I still need to be monitor. I do believe this disease can go away for good, that's what my Doctor from NIH told me. But he's not saying much because he doesn't want to give false hope. But I read news online that it can for some, only the one that are strong and believe in themselves. That's why it's best to think positive and be positive. You can't let these time of stuff ruin your life.

Honestly I do not know what a HBSAG Quantification test. All I know is that I am under a study at NIH and also under the watch of my specialist that also monitor my Hep/Liver. Usually I see my specialist once a year and my study Doctor every 3 months. Well back to the test, I know every told I get blood work done every visit, they take about 7 to 10 tube of blood and when the result comes in my Doctor just go over with me. The Doctor tells me everything on the screen look good and some are way too good due to that I exercise. He tell me to keep it up because my result seem better and better, also loose a bit weight that I was told. My next visit will be in mid Aug, so I'll try to get a copy of my blood lab. I never really understand what it all mean, I just go by what the doctor say.

Regular exercise stuff at the gym: weight lifting, running, swimming...

just wanted to update that my viral load is 1840 .. in jan last year it was 3500, after about a few months it was 850 .

It is not that high, the cut off number to consider treatment is 2000, with elivated LFT, mine is goes between 500 to 1400 my LFT is normal to a little elevated, ALT 46, AST 22. but you need to continue follow up lab works at list every 3 months. ELIMINATE ALCOHOL !! and TYLENOL

yeah that is what the doctor said as well. in fact i dont drink alchohol. in the last test my alt ast were back to normal.. will followup with doctors in a few months

thats good news, i hope it will continue sly disappear. mine was 325 tat was last year, i haven't back yet until now. i don't take meds. before it was undetected but because i always escape meal my body resistance went down so it became detected again. igo to gym too. this virus really kilss my happiness, since i got this i cry all the time until now.
