My husband is on medication that causes sexual side effects, meaning he can't get a hard on. Sometimes he will get a little excited but it never lasts longer than a few minutes.
He also has another problem with sensitivity..he doesn't have any. When he can get and stay hard he can fuck for hours with out ever cumming and generally can't cum from intercourse, he generally jacks off when I have gotten my fill. Of course I assist in the jacking off part, I don't just get up and walk away for him to finish.
So my questions are: What can we do to get him hard and keep it that way? And then when it is time to cum him to actually cum and more importantly inside me? I know there are products that decrease sensitivity for men but what about a reverse product?
I know these are rather odd questions but we are wanting to start a family in the near future but these are some serious obstacles that we need to figure out a way to over come.

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

The doc is your first line of defense here and you can get viagra or whatever as free samples to try. You might try working on that first since you might find he can cum easier once he restores a full bown erection. It's possible to cum without an erection but it takes forever and it takes handwork; sounds like that me be what you are running into.
If the erection doesn't fix the orgasm, you can then try different meds.
My suggestion is get a viagra sample and try that. It is very strong and, if it works for him, he's going to be grinning from ear to ear.
Of course he will have to take a viagra first. One half of all men over the age of 40 have impotance to some degree, mostly caused by medicine side effects.
