The reason why I asked this question is because I saw a show on tv about this plastic surgeon. Much of his business came from women who wanted him to cut off the extra skin!

I was just curious why some women wanted it removed and some women wished they had more?

when i was younger i was majotly self conscious about them. i thought they were supposed to be tiny and almost non exsitant. i actually thought about having that proceedure done to make it look prettier. but now i realize all women have different size lips and mine are just fine. i cant imagine having that surgery and having the risk of losing all feeling down there. no thanks. hubby loves my lips so im not concerned. i think the porn industry has made girls feel like they are supposed to look a certain way and if they dont look that way they feel like guys would rather have girls who look like the ones on the porno mavies but in reality guys are cool with "normal" girls

goodtotalk, It's the same way with men in relationship to the porn industry. That's why I have always been self conscious about my penis size, so it works both ways.

Men care about flabby or nonexistant pussy lips just like women don't care about penis size. It's a personal preference that has to do with a lack of self esteem.
