I'm not sure what to do. I'm in a sexless, talkless relationship. He wants me around but he doesn't want to get help with his impotence. I almost wish he would have an affair so I know atleast I'm the problem. He only shows interest when he's feeling insecure. I've had sex three times this year. I have a client I work for. In general I had seen in hook up apps and website about people use their profile and not telling the truth about their hiv status and how people would react to it if they meet in person without knowing about their status and have hook up? This is very bad idea and same thing about not telling the truth about drugs.
I always have to be honest with my real profile of my hiv status and let them know if they interested in me and they will message me about meet up. So it’s on people’s decision and I always open to them being honest with myself and I don’t judge people who they are but they still need to think twice before it happens to anyone

Some truths are hard to tell, but my experience is that they are less painful than recovering from the damage of not telling and doing impulsive things that may not be great decisions or healthy for yourself.
Take good care of yourself even if you don't still have the energy or opportunity to take care of your partner. You still matter.
