So I posed this question In another forum and I was curious to get different opinions on the subject.

What exactly is the line between ok when dealing with masturbation within a relationship. I'm curious if there is a line where it could be too much even if you are still being intimate and sexually active with your partner. I know what can create issues morally but what happens if you have a much higher sex drive than your significant other? How should someone go about dealing with that?

I am getting married in 4 months. I only put newly married because i'm living with my fianc and I wanted responses geared towards newly weds. Sorry I have a habit of doing that which I need to stop.

I find that if my fiance (or myself) masturbate, it takes longer to cum & when/if he does, its not as much so its not as enjoyable. Sometimes if we had done that we cant cum at all, creating unnecessary negative feelings. So my rule for myself is unless I really need to ( maybe cause he's busy & we havent had it in 4 or 5 days) I dont do it. I would much rather save up & anticipate how great it will be when we do. Its ten times more intense when u wait too!

I have to spank it a couple of times a week because my sex drive is stronger than my girlfriend's. It doesn't affect our sex life because I never do it on the days were going to have sex..yes we have to plan
our "scrump days" because of our schedules. I honestly don't thing she even knows I do it.

yeah, as long as it's not a subject of taboo and your partner doesn't mind. sometimes I'm not in the mood and I don't mind if my boyfriends walks the dog, it depends what your partner says.
It really sucks and is bad for our relationship when he can't satisfy me because he's already got off to porn, but a satisfied women probably won't mind if her needs are being met.
