I know this is really no different, and I'm sure there are slender women who will want to set me straight, but my preference is thick and busty. While most women would not find a guy like me attractive, I'm not really concerned with them. I'm more interested in the few that do.
In the end, what really matters is what is between her ears, and I do meet and see women outside of my physical preference. Lust can come from connection too. But the overpowering feeling comes from attraction on many levels, physical included.
I like the chemistry aspect too, and that gleam of unbridled lust in a lover's eye comes from a place inside of us that doesn't succumb to reason or political correctness.
So, in the spirit of unreasonable political incorrectness, I'm telling the bigger girls you won't squash me and I dare you to smother me with your boobs!
Sorry if I'm being a bitch, but this is something that has really rubbed me the wrong way for a long ass time on this board. If we're having a thread about what particular qualities you find most attractive, cool, then sure throw it out there. But you gotta wonder if maybe the fact that you're so hung up on the "slender package" thing isn't exactly what is preventing you from finding the girl of your dreams, because she can sense that you're into her for her body, no matter what else you might say. Remember, skinny chicks can (and often do) get heavier in later life...but inner beauty only truly finds its voice as time wears on.
My man is big and hairy and lacks any dress sense whatsoever. The kind of guy who is every girls 'friend' but they never actually dated him. That's fine with me because it means that he's all mine and has never picked up any bad habits from anyone else. Frankly I've always been more attracted to people who don't fit into socities perception of what is attractive. Because it's harder for them to compete for attention they have to develop personalities.
Personally skinny chicks don't eat, I like my food and i am happy with my size and other men seem to notice that i am comfortable in my body and they seem to find that attractive. If a man was so shallow to tell me to loose weight to fit into his percepttion of what is typically beautiful in a female i would tell him to have a good look at himself before he gave me advice on how to look.
It annoys me too, that even in dating adds men always look for " slender" women. I just read the adds to see how shallow some of them are. If i ever was looking for a datei would certaintly not ever consider dating any man who required a " slender" female for romance, company or maybe more.
As far as dating sites go, I can tell you many women +/- 8 years of my age list thin/average/athletic as their prefered body types.
I know body size is not what really matters for being with someone to spend time with. The problem is, I know myself well enough by now to know what bugs my eyes out, along with other things.
I know it's a shallow aspect of me, but I am what I am and I know what gets my motor running.
Koolman can make the same statement, and the fact that excludes some women is not really the issue. I gave up trying to have everyone consider me for the person inside. Whatever the reasons, some will like me, most will not. I don't care how many women feel I'm not acceptable. I choose to limit myself to the ones that do.
There is a way to make your point tastefully, then drop it...beyond that, it becomes redundant, and quite frankly it is hurtful.
Guess I'm just lucky that my man loves every single one of my curves. And he realizes that there is much more to a woman than her body!
