i think what you need to do is talk with her and find out why she feels this way. maybe you're not doing things the way she likes.
maybe even try a sex therapist.
NEVER buy a car without test driving it.
goes for both men and woman. Try it before you BUY IT.
I really feel for you Jimmy, that just sucks. That is a harsh, screwed up thing to say, and I'm startled that someone would say that to a spouse.
That said, I heard the same type of thing from my EX while were in the stages of divorce.
I'm going to go out there and say it. Leave her and find someone you are sexually compatible with.
but... yeah... try counselling first.
I agree with the others, sexual compatibility is important in a relationship and I personally don't believe in getting married until liviing together at least 2 years so you know you're compatible sexually and in other ways.
Couples counseling, sex therapy, give them a try and if nothing works you have two choices, accept that your relationship will be sexless/close to sexless or choose to move on from it.
Could you give a little more background info?
If you want to find out the problem in your marriage, discuss it with her and or a therapist. Don't turn your back on the situation and turn to the Internet for help.
I wish you much luck with your dilemma
She should also get a physical, because depression or hormone problems could be contributing.
Well, the "test the waters before you dive in" theory doesn't apply here: You're already there, already married, so let's make some educated guesses to get to the bottom of this.
Why are you so loathsome to her? Is marriage not all she thought it would be? Is she just depressed about life in general?
Do you love yourself? Enough to know when the point of no accptance is reached.
Lots of good advice here, but eventually you will choose to be happy with her or without her.
IMO, a sexless marriage can make a persons life a living hell.
I just bet if bloke said something as insulting as, "If i can somehow force myself to have sex with you"
He would be very quick get a smack in the mouth.
I am not advocating that you attack your wife here, but I am saying that its bloody time you stood up to her.
She is saying shit like this to you because she feels that she can and get away with it. In other words, she is disrespecting you and this is completely unacceptable.
How you stand up to her is intirely your call but you need to do it and you need to do it now.
Take back your nuts mate.
