When it's hot out, I deffinetly would take it all off and go topless. Why should guys be able to but women can't. Since when did our Breasts become so evil to look at that people would go to hell if they viewed them outside of my house. I don't get sent to hell for seeing mens nipples do I? Or their GUTS! Hell I have to look at their man Boobies all the time. No offence meant to anyone but lawmakers.

I think I even heard that if you live in washington state women can go topless just like men as long as they aren't in a resturant or buisness. Basically like the guys.

Personally, I think some bodies are best kept covered up, at least in public. Sometimes it's bad enough having to see flesh spilling out over the tops of jeans, arse-crack and the like (on both men and women!)

That has been the name for many years, We Mountain biker have weird habits, most major organised pro race has a nekkid critter race.
Most take place around the campground and are around 8 or 9PM and then you have the Night Nekkid Critter Race, that's hardcore..

"Nude" or "nudity" means the showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, or anus with less than a fully opaque covering, or the showing of the male genitals in a discernibly turgid state, whether covered or not. For the purposes of this definition, "fully opaque covering" does not include pasties, latex paint, or hair pieces.

2) Topless/Topless Activity. "Topless/topless activity" means the showing of the female breast below a point immediately above the top of the areola with less than a fully opaque covering.

3) Lewd/lewd activity means:

a) The showing or display of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, or anus with less than a fully opaque covering, or the showing of the covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state for the purposes of arousing or gratifying the sexual desire of any person;
b) The touching of one's own or another person's clothed or unclothed human male or female genitals, pubic area, anus, or female breast(s) for the purposes of arousing or gratifying the sexual desire of any person. The applicable exception to this subsection (b) is the following: (i) An individual may touch her own clothed female breast(s).

c) Any actual act of sexual intercourse, while clothed or unclothed, that includes, but may not be limited to any of the following types of contact; genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, with or between persons of the same sex or opposite sex, any actual act of masturbation, or any actual or simulated act of bestiality or sadomasochistic abuse.
