If I were a gal, I'd say my motivation for showing my boobs (which would be, considering the size they are as man boobs, in the large C cup to lower D cup range) would be a mixture of both, just looking good and feeling good in my own skin, AND enticing men to look (which would be a nice bonus for reinforcing my perception of my own hotness)!

I think if they are displayed in a classy way then she is simply a self confident woman.

And I too will agree with the size thing. I(36DD) can wear a wife beater tank top and turn heads like crazy yet they are completely covered.

If your trying to determine if she is doing it on purpose or trying to send a sexual message look at the rest of the package. How is her make-up? Shoes? The rest of her clothes? And how is she carrying herself? THAT tells you more than how much cleavage she has showing.

I can't tell you how many times I've seen areola in the grocery store, etc. Two ways, some gal deliberately showing off the goods, or oblivious to what bending over right in front of me is doing.
