does a womans vagina have an odor

I have just recently got in a relationship with a woman. This is my first girlfriend and lets just say i have alot to learn. I fingered her for the first time the other day and noticed an odor. Is that normal? Does the vagina have a certain smell?

Hmmm, maybe I would smell better if I shaved, but I ride a bike alot, and the stubble and razor rash would drive me nuts. I have this Mr Shower hose that I use for a bidet; I just hang my butt over the bath-tub, and Mr Shower keeps me clean, without me having to take a whole shower. Americans are way behind the Europeans, in terms of us not implementing The Bidet into our daily life!

yep, a healthy smell and a bad smell. i do agree it changes everyday and if she doesnt bath it smells bad!

I agree that there can be different odors dependent upon what you eat but for the most part, I would say normal might be a light musky smell. If you have any concerns over the cleanliness (when its time to really go down there orally), why not suggest a nice, warm and soapy shower together just beforehand to get you both fresh as a daisy, followed by a nice warm oil massage and there shouldn't be any odor right out of the shower. Remember, some folks are simply more sensitive to smell than others but as you mature, I'm sure you will begin to know a healthy one and enjoy the fact that you bring out some of those odors by simply exciting her too!

I drink pineapple juice and it makes mine smell sweet so I dont have a stinky one. I read about the pineapple juice thing and tried it and it works so if anyone wants to smell like that drink a lot of it and its amazing. : )

NO it shouldn't smell like rotten eggs or fish..........please don't take that advice..
It has a slight smell to it but nothing offensive...if you smell something offensive, either her PH is off balance or something is funky!
Rotten eggs, fish, feet smell, or anything nasty is a bad sign!!
