I know stress can cause issues and if he has insicuritys about not being able to preform then that just adds to the problem. I take BP meds and anti depressants and NEVER had a problem getting an erection until I started them. I use to be a walking hard on until anti depressants came into my life, but I also cant deal with lifes problems right now without them so its a double edge sword. :(

Doc's meds can cause it. Low testosterone or even very minor injury he payed no attention to can cause it. & of course the stress are the 4 main things I've experienced that with. They are all curable..

I've mentioned here in the past about testosterone products that are 'OTC" that may help,

Yeah, what they said. Also, lack of cardio exercise. This is one of many reasons I ride a bike. Lack of quality, deep sleep, also a factor. It's about blood circulation, and yes, that's one of many things that slows down with age.

Here's a thing that I use along with Trimix shots to help boost a flagging erection up well beyond 100% for a while. Cannot say if it would work to keep a natural erection going longer. It works like a penis ring, but is very adjustable.
