Do you consider blow jobs under the having sex catergory?

I am not talking about cheating or anything in the relationship spectrum...

But if someone told you to tell them if you had sex with a person but you only ended up giving them a blow job would you tell them or since it wasn't actually sex not say anything?

A penis in your mouth in any way is sex. Wait wait there is 1 way that you can have a penis in your mouth and it not be sex. Have him pull his penis out. Let him tap you u on the nose with his penis 3 times, put it in your mouth, Let him turn counter clockwise 3 times, pull it out, and let him tap you on the forhead 3 times, Put it in your mouth and rotate in your mouth 3 times, and repeat. That is not oral sex.
