I think any relationship is doomed if coercion is deemed necessary.
At one time in my life I was one of those girls, the one you are dating.
First off, you are an adult, mature man. At 29 I already had 2 children , who I was responsible for , I ran my home business, worked at the hospital and was pursuing my associates degree at the same time. There is no way, no how I would have any interest intellectually in a 19 year old. At that age period, the gap is too wide. So, her sex appeal aside, what is attracting you, a grown man to a girl who is barely out of high school ?
Myself, at 19, I was mature in some ways and really freaking immature in others.
I also picked older men, like you, 7, 10, 12, 18 years older.
At 19 I have been living on my own for 3 years and moved to another country. I had 2 jobs and it all looked good on the outside, I seemed experienced and worldly, but on the inside, I was completely destroyed and f---d up and this is likely the reason why a 19 y o girl is insisting that she must screw everyone in the universe to feel fulfilled.
I know this is why I did it. Having a committed relationship was a problem for me because I suffered significant psychological damage from abuse and rape as a tween and teen. I have just began to deal with my past at 19, but continued to walk down the self destructive, self deprecating path.
This is likely the kind of girl you are with and nothing is going to change her until SHE gets her sh-t together and gets some help. I did it without therapy because I have enough intelligence to take care of myself, but not everyone does.
If you want monogamy, she is not going to give it to you. People say whatever you want to hear, but their actions speak differently. If you had to beg her to not be promiscuous, her word means nothing , because she is going to cheat. She is not OK with her self and the only person who can fix it is herself.
I m sorry. I don't think this is going to end well for you.
Move on from this person. She's not right for you and you're not right for her. That's all it is.
