Over the past four months I have been wavering back and forth regarding whether or not I am happy in my marriage. My husband has a very busy life. He plays tennis 2-3 times per week and poker 1-2 times per week in addition to his job and his being a landlord of several rental properties. He is not home very often. We also have a six year old daughter. I am the primary caretaker. He does not spend very much time with either of us. Sometimes it seems like he is happier doing his extracurricular activities then spending time with us.
Now, in August I connected with a male childhood friend on facebook. We had a crush on each other in kindergarten. Have not seen or talked to each other since age 10. Since reconnecting with him I have been fantasizing about us getting together. I envision us dating, falling in love, and eventually marrying. After I divorce my current husband of course. I even fantasize about the details of our wedding day!! I know this sounds crazy. Well he has been asking me to get together to catch up and I agreed to drinks at a local restaurant next week. I feel almost giddy about it, like you feel when you are first dating someone. The butterflies, the shooting stars, etc.. I have been married to my husband for almost 17 years. We were together 7 years prior to that. As I think is normal in any long term relationship the butterflies and shooting stars have been gone quite a while. I just don't know if these feelings are normal or if they are wrong. Can anyone relate to any of this?

I say get a life you your own any way you can. He has chosen a life without you, so you do the same. A divorce is not necessarily the only way to go. But don't sit at home waiting for him. Good luck.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
