Okay so last week I went to the grocery store near my house to pick up a few things for dinner and for during the week. I went to the checkout and the girl said Hi to me and I said Hi back. She scanned my items and she looked my in the eyes a few times and would always smile at my while she would pass me my bags so I could put them in the cart. Anyways I went home and didn't really think much about it so I went into the same grocery store a few days later and saw the same cashier so I said hey why not go to her again. So I did and the exact same thing happened and later on in the night I was contemplating and thinking Corey you should have talked to her more. Anyways today I went in again with my mom to help her with her shopping. We went to a cashier but it wasn't the same girl I wanted to go to but the girl I like was helping put the groceries in the bags for the customers because Saturdays are busy. So we started talking I could tell we were both shy and we looked into each others eyes and smiled when we talked. I asked her if she was in school thinking she was in college like me (I'm almost done my second year) But she told me she's only in grade 11 (Junior Year) So now I'm not sure what to do? Is she too young for me? I don't want sex or anything I want to ask her for her number but I don't want to get in trouble or have people think I'm weird I don't know I'm kind of upset though. Any help would be great. Thanks.

How old are you?
If you are under 21 and she is an older high school junior ( meaning she is 17) then it might workout.. because as you turn 21 she will be turn 18
If you are old for your 2nd year of college and she is a young high school junior.. meaning you will be 21 before she is 18.. Then move along buddy!
As for age difference well it doesn't sound like a huge difference in math however some things to consider here is that she is a junior in high school which means there are a lot of high school events and issues that she will go through and you have already gone through.
College on the other hand is a whole different ball game as are the people and the activities. In some ways they are like two different worlds and if you decide to make the move and ask her out and things start to get serious you will understand what I am talking about. Also there are her parents to think about as well and if they would approve of her seeing you.
I am not trying to discourage you or even predict how things will go I am only giving you some thoughts to consider the decision will have to be yours. I just know if you have a lot of doubts it might be a good idea to just wait awhile until to you feel absolutely sure about taking any steps towards getting to know this girl better. Your story is cute. I'd love to have experiences like those with girls. Enjoy it while you still can. I'm 24 and never got to and now it seems like I'm getting to the age where girls are no longer like that :-(
I've been making that error for about 2 months now. I guess I'm just really dreading it lol.

Brightside, I strongly disagree with your reply and actually find it kind of offensive. Why does going to where a girl works to see her make a guy creepy? If a girl came to where I worked just to see me or talk to me, I'd be flattered. Anyone who wouldn't be is stuck up. It's attitudes like this that make guys like me afraid to talk to girls.
Ameer I know how to talk to ladies and I know how to talk to me elders but being childish like what Brightside is doing doesn't deserve any respect or anything. It does belong here when she needs to be put in place PERIOD. What she is saying is totally offensive she makes it seem like I just want to hook up or have sex with this girl like wtf lol clearly my original posts states I want sex right.......... WRONG. I just wanted peoples opinions on how I should ask for her number and stuff I guess people have a hard time reading these days.
