So i've gotten to the point where not everybody needs access to me , and that's ok. Plus i'm picky with who i give my number to because not everybody needs my number, and you don't know if they're going to give out your number to ill-intent people. I had this issue where a now former friend was still interacting with my ex who not only set me up for prom back in high school, but cheated on me with his best-friends ex, knew a girl liked him yet he couldnt hurt her feelings but could hurt mine, yelled at me, shrug me off, then doesnt like black girls because they have attitudes but prefer white girls and this was coming from a black man teenager. Like y'all i tried my best i didn't cursed him out, i still stayed when i didn't know my self-worth, i stayed because i wanted my relationship to work, i stayed because i keep trying to fix it, i stayed after crying a lot, i stayed when i keep praying for our relationship to work, and he knows that. At that point i felt like a token black girl so when i told his friends everything. Their excuse was "Well he didnt do anything to them." ok but i'm also your friend as well, and you still interacting with someone who has drag your friend through the filth to the point when she was forced to break up with him because he keep making rumors we broke up, and we wasnt at the time because he wanted out of the relaitonship when he could have told me he know longer loves me and know longers want to be with me. Y'all was i wrong for revovking that friend access? was i wrong for cutting that person out.

It's been some time since my last post...sorry. I've been going through a challenging time with the sale of my home, purchase of a condo and my adult asperger son that lives with me. I've had days where I couldn't get out of bed, days where I stayed in my pj's and days where all I managed to do was eat, drink fluids and take care of my Sweet Mia kitty. Sweet Mia came to me from a shelter about...

If I come to DS and it won't do anything when I click "Login", I go to a post, click and then click "Leave a Reply". Then it will let me log in.Of course, sometimes DS just goes to "Error 504". Then I can't log in.

We meet people in our lives, and they teach us many lessons. We meet nice people and nefarious people. The world is full of both nice and nefarious people. Our job is to pay more attention so we know who is nice and who is nefarious. This comes with time and lessons. This ex-BF actually sounds manipulative in blaming you for his cheating. It is possible that he manipulates all the people you used to hang around with that you call his friends group. They may not know any better than to say he hasn't hurt me yet. If you can feel compassion for them for being so naive or ignorant, it might help lessen your anger. If you can come around to understanding that you actually came out the winner here, that will help you.
You were or are the winner because you no longer are enmeshed with people who don't care beyond themselves, or are weak and needy so attracted to people like the ex. You got this lesson from him about nefarious people and having enough self worth to not allow abuse, emotional or physical. He gave you emotional abuse, blamed and gaslighted you, took no responsibility for his actions. He is undoubtedly giving another woman emotional abuse. This is who he is. You have now moved forward. Good for you.
