You might consider what your expectations are and what his expectations are. If you guys are simply dating, seeing each other 1-2 times per week might be reasonable. Many people are introverts and really need alone time. I am one of these. My husband fought me in this issue for a long time and I was miserable to not have time in the evening to regroup and go into internal calmness without talking. Now he has his own things to do and I have mine. We do a lot together, though. If your BF "never" wants to get together with you, this might be something to consider strongly. I wonder if you stop asking him to get together and then find things to busy yourself so that your mind is occupied and he has to pursue your attention, if you might be better off. If he isn't really into seeing you as much as you want to see him or feel is reasonable in the relationship, this is the time to know that. Either accept how he is or date other people. You may be an extrovert who thrives from people contact. If yes, then pursue activities that connect you with others without the BF and see what happens.

why do you feel not wanted ?Perhaps it has to do with the way you were raised, trauma or faulty cognitions.etc You have to search for that answer. Wether he wants you or not should not affect how you feel about yourself. You are not unwanted, Do other people enjoy your company ? Perhaps discussing your expectations within the relationship with him could lead to some change to his part.

That is a difficult spot to be in. I live alone. I am dating / friends with a man who doesn't 'want' me either. I completely empathize with your situation. My first husband played video games, and when he didn't win a round / battle / screen, he would throw his remote or demolish it with his hands. Not very mature. It never worked. I was broken by that marriage, but he cheated and I divorced him and never looked back because I knew that wasn't what marriage was supposed to be about. What he did went against all of my beliefs.

I think it's also about how important are video games to him... I was looking up video game addiction or compulsion however you want to look at it can be really disruptive to other relationships.... Is this a problem??

It's got tobe difficult when you want to see him and him not you, how long have you been together have you tried talking to him to see if he as anything worrying him, you could join a dating site but you need tobe careful but normally men should be checked out first.
But try talking things over.
