So I realize I am posting a lot lately as it seems like a new issue comes up daily.....really though it is not new I just finally found a place I can write things that others can somewhat relate to. So basically here is the story....My husband received a text that I was still cheating on him(number was not one either of us knew of and person only said that I was cheating and then said they were "a friend"). Later that night a mutual friend received messages from the same person that she was good looking and that they had a crush on her for a few years already. These messages come within days of this one guy telling my husband he was surprised to see he was living in town still since I was now with the guy I cheated on him with. Obviously this is not the case. My husband and I have been in counselling 3 different times since I had my affair over 2 years ago. At our last go round the counselor finally told my husband that if he truly wanted to move on with the marriage and patch things up that he had to be willing to actually move on. He needed to be able to forgive me and leave the past in the past instead of to continually throw it in my face any time something bad happened. My husband said at that point that he had long ago forgiven me and that he was ready to move on from that day forward and no longer hold this over my head as I have done nothing but try to work on our marriage. He said he trusted me again and would not worry anymore that I may be doing something I shouldnt. Fast forward to this past week and we have fought 3 nights out of 5 over these text messages along with our lack of intimacy(nothing new it is a weekly occurrence) and other things. He has had access to my phone, my facebook, my email etc this whole time and I am absolutely not doing anything that I should not be doing but he says that I am not being supportive since I said that he told the counselor this would not be held over my head anymore and it clearly is.
I understand that what I did in the past was wrong but I have worked hard to make sure that there is no reason to doubt what I say or do and I have made sure that if he wants on my phone, or facebook etc that he can just go on it. Anyone have any suggestions on how to I guess accept the fact that any time someone mentions the other guy or any new rumors come up(I still currently work where the other guy does but do not see or talk to him at work because we work in different places) that it is going to cause him to doubt everything and have sleepless nights that end up in us fighting?

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
