What do you think? Can true love survive all those things???
Mine didn't
I have my limits and I want a partner who has his.
Otherwise you're at risk for codependency.
During our journey here, each of us will come to a pivotal point where we realize what Love is. It's the lesson we're meant to learn. And every person we've been in contact with was part of it.
Yes. Love does conquer all.
But many of us don't know what love is.
We're still blaming this amazing, unconditional energy for our pain.
In my experience tough times drove us apart.
Obviously not 'true love' lol.
Love is a VERB, an ACTION word. Actions always speak louder than words. Two people can't just say "I love you" and expect love to exist. Two people have to DEMONSTRATE their love for each other, daily, through consideration of each other, doing one's part to make the other's life easier, showing physical affection, giving backrubs, helping each other relax and enjoy life.
When you take it for the verb it is, it is much easier to know if someone loves you.
People change over time.
Love changes shape and form as well.
Because love unfortunately cannot control or change certain things. Mental illness, alcoholism, depression, etc.
"All you need is love" is a nice quote, I've always liked it. But when it comes to romantic relationships, it's actually quite false.
