What is with the "ghosting" thing?! Why is it so hard for guys to just say "hey, I'm not looking for anything serious right now" or "I think you're great but we're probably looking for different things." Is it just a fear of someone getting upset with you so you avoid the situation altogether?

I just think it is the height of bad manners, a total lack of decency and seriously cowardly! Quite honestly good riddance to them. I wouldn't want to date them further if that is how they behave.
